My First Day with DT Alpha as a Beta User

I know, the DT Alpha is the baby of my mentor and coach Stephen. I am very honoured to be his student but you know what when it comes to commenting, I will whack it with no reservations. As soon as I downloaded the DT Alpha and ran it, I straight off went to check the features of the DT Alpha. Wow, it's very well done at the Beta stage. It has most of the features that 's needed to run an internet business and hence I call it "Business Needs In A Box – The DT Alpha"

I see this as A Common platform for all business persons to grow and excel their Businesses. But I think still lot more features could be added so as to Meet the business needs beyond necessity - simply means over deliver.

Hey, I have coined a theme for this - Let's "BoB” with DT Alpha (meaning Let's "Build our Business" With DT Alpha) Whew!!!

Wait a minute, I have an alert system at the bottom right hand corner, telling me about DT Alpha mobile emulation.

The Alert system is good, it's giving concise and complete information.

But it was quite big with less text and lot of empty spaces. Does it necessarily have to be so big. Not a serious issue though! but a thought for people who have a smaller size monitor. If this alert system is made big to capture the users attention, another way could be that we could add some interesting sound effect together for attention grabbing.

When I was writing this comment on my blog, my blog window suddenly moved up and got bigger. Oops, the top bar of dt alpha disappeared. One thing I observed that when I first opened the DT alpha it took a long time to open. I thought, I want to time how long it takes to load on my PC since I have a 14 MB speed digital voice modem from Star hub internet connection.

Wait, I am timing it.

Hey, it is super long, it took 97 secs to load back again. This is quite long. I think there are too many flash movies in it, which looks good but we know flash movies takes long time to load. OR is it my star hub connection which is known to have speed problems a culprit, delaying the loading time. Too soon to conclude, will clock again some other day.

Coming back to the loading time, let’s say my starhub internet connection was OK, Is there a way we could make the loading time faster.

Hey computer geniuses over there, this is the time for you to shine and contribute. This is your area of expertise, throw in your hats, doesn’t matter if it’s a wrong answer but have your say. Ooooops, the dt alpha's moving news blanked out and prompting that it’s loading the news. Is this an indication that the dt alpha programmer is at work.??? May be!!!

I am pasting the images of the blank bar to help trouble shooting. I am not sure if you can see it properly but that's the best I could get.

Hmnnn, got back the bar again and the rolling news. Anyway, I will report it as a bug, who knows may be it’s a bug. The more I report any bugs, the best the dt alpha will come out to be. You do the same. OK, I will be back again with my comments, I am out to report this buggggggggg.
